Martin has acquired more than 20 years of deep and specific M&A experience and has successfully completed more than 50 transactions globally. He held executive roles at US and European blue-chip companies, managed a corporate VC group and held board positions. Martin led or advised on multiple industry- changing transactions like ams' acquisition of ​OSRAM, the aborted integration of NXP into Qualcomm, the integration of Freescale Semiconductors into NXP and the carve-out & integration of Infineon Wireless into Intel​.

Martin graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow and holds a Master's from the University of Natural Resources & Life Sciences in Vienna.
